Before the service starts at 10:30am you should be able to see announcement slides with music playing from about 10am – if you can’t see or hear this you might need to reload the page. The stream can be a minute or two behind so it might not start at exactly 10:30am.
When you visit the page in a browser – you might see a message asking you to click it to unmute which you should do.
The volume of the player might be turned down – you can turn it up by clicking on the volume controls (a series of bars – grey if volume is down and blue is volume is up).
Check that the volume on your device is turned up.
If the stream is skipping – please try to reload the page to get back to the current live position.
The livestream should be available later on the same Sunday it’s aired. You can view the previous livestreams on YouTube.
